How to Care For Your Granite & Marble Counter?

  Natural Stones have been in focus over the last decade or so, as all the designer homes, kitchen remodelling, and upscale condos have found favor with marble and granite. It has eliminated the traditional laminates, painted; vinyl or synthetic counter tops which have become outdated. But this has inherently left a big concern for maintaining the looks of this marble or granite with time and keeping its appearance new every time. It's a known fact that granite is more strong and durable than marble. Moreover it is chemical resistant and has a higher temperature withstanding capacity. It does not crack like the other stones or does not chip of so easily. Marble, on the other hand, is softer than granite, its chemical withstanding properties are limited, even lemon or vinegar can cause damage.
